Wireless Connect Apple CarPlay
The BT12 1080P dashcam & backup camera system is designed to work with both Apple CarPlay, enabling you to easily access your iPhone's apps while driving. Using either voice control or the touchscreen, you can play music, navigate with GPS, check voicemail, make calls, receive notifications, and more, all without having to fumble with your phone while behind the wheel. The CarPlay screen allows for a safer way to use your phone in the car.
Real-time GPS Navigation
The real-time map information is displayed on a larger screen on the car's dashboard, making it easy to see while driving. You don't have to purchase professional navigation or constantly sync the GPS navigation on your smartphone. The split screen feature allows you to view the GPS navigation and the rear or front view driving images at the same time, making it convenient for navigating and keeping an eye on your surroundings while driving.
Siri Voice Assistant
The BT12 CarPlay monitor can be controlled using voice assistants like Siri. You don't have to touch the screen to answer a call - just say the command. For instance, you can play music, make and receive calls, send and receive messages, all without taking your hands off the wheel, this helps you stay focused on driving while still staying connected.
1080P Wireless Observation & Backup Camera
The wireless signal from the rear view camera is processed by the smart box and transmitted to the super large screen CarPlay display, presenting a 1080P high-definition picture, making it easier for you to see clearly behind you while driving or reversing.
Wide-angle Front&Rear Dual Recording
This system has a front and rear high definition dual recording feature. The front and rear views can be displayed simultaneously on the screen, providing a comprehensive view of your surroundings while driving. You can also choose to display only the front or rear view on the large screen, allowing you to focus on one area or switch between views as needed.
Compatible with 99% Vehicle
This CarPlay monitor has a working voltage range of 11-18V and can be hung on the dashboard or installed on the rearview mirror without obstructing the line of sight. It is suitable for most motor vehicles, such as trucks, vans, buses, RVs, Campers, etc.

Can the phone connect to the vehicles Bluetooth instead of the monitor? Some Android Auto wireless displays now have this function, some require a firmware update.

Do you need to connect to either Carplay/Android Auto to operate the BT12? I already use an Android Auto wireless device and doubt I will be able to use both simultaneously.
